I hold a casual drop-in group once a month, and more formal classes several times a year to help you access your connection with spirit. Topics include Working with Crystals, Chakras, Journeying, and Energetic Housekeeping.

In the monthly group you can sample an assortment of energy tools, including crystals, bells, bowls, rattles, feathers, oracle cards, and incense. We'll usually have a guided meditation and some discussion. This is a fun, no-pressure way to get more familiar with these tools and concepts.
